  1. “The Bathroom”- This small room takes a single day to prep, and lay tile. It requires a second day to grout and do finishing work. The total square footage is around 100 square feet. The typical price including all labor and materials (except tile) is around $2,600. This price includes all prep with Schluter Ditra underlayment, tile setting, and all finishing work and materials. 

  2. “The Kitchen”- This medium room takes three to four days on average from start to finish. The average square footage is around 200 square feet. The typical price including all labor and materials (except tile) is around $4,000. This price includes all prep with Schluter Ditra underlayment, tile setting, and all finishing work and materials.

  3. The Custom Floor- The custom tile floor tier takes four or more days to complete and averages 800+ square feet. The typical price for a large, custom floor starts at $5,300 and includes all labor and materials (except tile). This price includes all prep with Schluter Ditra underlayment, tile setting, and all finishing work and materials.
